Well, the never ending supply of idiocy still flows from Whitmer down onto the people of Michigan. Her latest Biden-like gaffe has insulted every single barber and hair stylist in the state of Michigan - which is the only state in the country where it is still "illegal" to get a haircut.

“If you’re one of those people that’s going to Ohio I hope and pray that you are doing your part not to bring COVID-19 home. If you haven’t resorted to that, Google how to do a haircut, or throw your hair in a ponytail or curl it and get through the next couple of weeks so we can resume some of these things,” Whitmer said.
Had we known it was that easy to cut and style hair that all someone had to do was go onto Google and watch a video, we would have done that a long time ago and saved Michigan residents thousands of dollars on stylists and tips.
In Michigan it is required to spend 1500 hours in training to become a barber or a hair stylist. If you do the math, that is about 9 months in full time education and training. According to Whitmer, all an an individual needs to do is watch a video and pull out a pair of scissors and get to work.
Do you remember the saying, "Let them eat cake." One look at the nearly 50 year old Governor is enough to convince a person with failing eyesight that she her face is frequented by needles full of BOTOX. Her and her husband are obviously getting their hair done by someone professional. But heavens forbid if you and I want a haircut. If you wanted an abortion, you would be in business! But a haircut, and she will throw in you jail and fine you thousands of dollars.
I need to say that when Whitmer locked down the state and threw 25% (yes 1 out of ever 4) people out of their jobs, she did a couple of interesting things.
Firstly, she unilaterally by herself declared that heart surgery was "elective surgery" and not essential. As such, in Michigan, it has been illegal to have life saving surgery such as heart stent surgery performed. Meanwhile, the kept the abortion clinics open as she declared them to be "life saving".
Speaking as a scientist, I try to bring objectivity to everything I write about. Firstly, heart surgery is not an elective surgery! Heart surgery save lives. That is a fact that is not open to debate. Secondly, the overwhelming majority of abortions performed are elective. Yes, there are cases where a woman's life is jeopardized by an abnormal pregnancy, but those diagnosed and those procedures are typically done at a medical office and not an outpatient abortion clinic on 8 Mile Road.
